Structuring venture financings in tough times
Dentons Venture Technology invited early stage founders and investors to listen in on a roundtable discussion on navigating venture financing terms in a turbulent market. The panel reviewed various deal terms that they’re currently seeing in convertible debt, SAFE and priced equity rounds with respect to both new investments as well as funding of existing portfolio companies.
