Richard is an internationally renowned finance lawyer with more than 25 years of experience advising clients at all stages of growth in bank lending, fund finance and general corporate finance matters. He has held held prominent roles in leading law firms in London, New York and Sydney. Christopher utilizes his deep experience to assist clients with commercial and transactional work at the intersection of technology, innovation and energy with his focus on cleantech. Christina routinely serves as outside general counsel to clients and focuses her practice on M&A transactions and venture financing across sectors including aerospace, defense and cybersecurity.
