DHS and DOL issue regulations to increase minimum compensation employers must offer to foreign professionals

In mid-October, DHS and DOL issued interim final regulations that dramatically increased the minimum compensation employers must offer to foreign professionals and restricted the qualifying university education required.  These changes will be especially harmful to tech companies and such industry leaders as Google, Apple and Facebook have already signed on to an amicus brief in a suit challenging the new regulations.
