In 2017, Dentons lawyers developed the draft of the first international robotics act in the world – the Model Convention on Robotics and Artificial Intelligence – building on the work they had done for Grishin Robotics in 2016, to develop the first robotics draft law in Russia. That same year, Dentons also created the first concept for regulation of the Internet of Things in Russia.
The team will complement the work done by Nextlaw Labs, Dentons’ business accelerator focused on investing in, developing and deploying new technologies to transform the practice of law.
