As a corporate and commercial lawyer focusing on startups and growing ventures, I understand (and feed off of!) founders’ excitement and passion for their new and growing ventures and direct that energy in ways that minimize legal risks and maximize the opportunities for success. I provide my clients with practical, solutions-based advice to help them realize their goals at every stage of their business, whether they are founding their company, raising capital, investing in an opportunity, or making their exit. I also just love talking about startups and venture tech.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, or doing just about anything else with my wife and three awesome kids.
