Rachael Del Riccio

I have worked with a number of early-stage and high-growth companies throughout their development cycle, and enjoy the close relationship and understanding of their business that is developed through to IPO or Exit. I take pride in being approachable and encourage my clients to contact me with any questions they have, whether big or small.

I believe it is important that we, at Dentons, support our clients regardless of their stage and position. In particular I am actively involved, and take great pride, in our female founders and businesswomen programmes and diversity at all levels.

Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors and travelling – particularly skiing!
