I am a business advisor with deep entrepreneurial roots—and regularly serve as the outside in-house counsel to numerous emerging growth and technology startup companies, retailers, and foreign consulates across the United States and internationally. In this role, I advise founders, executives and investors on a range of issues, including business structure, strategy and growth, fundraising, employment, personnel, partnerships, strategic transactions, litigation, and risk evaluation. My wife is the Founder ClassPass and my former kid brother is the Founder of Ampush.
