I am a corporate lawyer with experience in business formations and growth, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and financings.

In my spare time, you can find me curled up with a good book, a cup of coffee and my pup, re-watching a rom-com I’ve seen a thousand times, laughing far too loudly with my friends and family or travelling near and far.
