Mobey Day Toronto 2017 Panel Discussion

Entitled “Collaboration and other trends”, with respect to fintech, Dentons partner Andrea Johnson moderates a panel discussing trends in the funding continuum of fintech. With an emphasis on technology and emerging growth companies, Andrea has extensive experience in the private equity and venture capital area, and has acted as lead counsel on many of the largest VC financings in Canada. She recently co-authored Regulation of Fintech in Canada, an article providing Fintech startups and investors with an overview of the regulatory framework that applies to the Fintech industry and the issues that they need to be aware of as they navigate the shifting regulatory landscape and manage risks.
